None of the them looked very eager to play. 孔竞坤 started the match with the kick off. Internacional Pechofrío's Joonatan Schols played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by 孔竞坤 in the 3rd minute of play. 5 minutes into the game, Timmy Siggman cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Merexildo Esoin was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Merexildo Esoin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ludwig Wittgenstein in the 9th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Teodoro Hernandez got free with Joonatan Schols in the 15th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Real Marabino's Merexildo Esoin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ludwig Wittgenstein in the 17th minute of play. When Fortunato Leciana fell near the penalty area in the 18th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Real Marabino's protests and gave Fortunato Leciana a yellow card for diving instead. In the 18th match minute, Real Marabino was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fortunato Leciana to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Real Marabino's Fortunato Leciana got a free kick in the 20th minute. Joonatan Schols took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from 孔竞坤, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Joonatan Schols was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 27th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Fortunato Leciana. In the 32nd minute, Miguel Araujo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 33 minutes of play Real Marabino's Fortunato Leciana was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. Fortunato Leciana kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. In the 35th minute Timmy Siggman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Merexildo Esoin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 45th match minute, Real Marabino was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lucio Oquendo to maneuver through the defense. Merexildo Esoin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Timmy Siggman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 46 played minutes Real Marabino got a freekick which was hit by Alfredo Ferrini. Ludwig Wittgenstein sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Timmy Siggman made the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, Real Marabino's goal looked a bit too open when Timmy Siggman came free, but Merexildo Esoin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A hard shot 53 in the game by Ludwig Wittgenstein from a close distance when the talented Merexildo Esoin managed to make a qualified save. Real Marabino's players were relieved. Ludwig Wittgenstein fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Merexildo Esoin having to interfere. 57 minutes into the match, Internacional Pechofrío's Timmy Siggman sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Merexildo Esoin narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Internacional Pechofrío's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Ludwig Wittgenstein in the 59th minute. After 64th play minutes Timmy Siggman shot 0-3, a short shot which went by Merexildo Esoin and just under the crossbar into goal. Internacional Pechofrío's Segio Galantia was substituted for Ludwig Wittgenstein. 69 minutes into the match, Real Marabino's goal looked a bit too open when Timmy Siggman came free, but Merexildo Esoin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Real Marabino's Miguel Cervantes was substituted for Baldomiro Negroni. Real Marabino made a substitution. Louis Pasteur replaced Lucio Oquendo. A collision led to Real Marabino getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Louis Pasteur hit a great ball. 76 minutes into the match, Timmy Siggman had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Merexildo Esoin. Real Marabino's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Timmy Siggman was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-4. Merexildo Esoin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Timmy Siggman, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. In the 89th match minute, Internacional Pechofrío was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Paul Moreno to maneuver through the defense. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Internacional Pechofrío had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
