Ignác Fejes stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Máté Gelencsér's shot from short distance in the 3rd minute. Emil Vándor kicked well hit freekick during the 5th minute of the match. Máté Gelencsér scored 0-1 in the 5th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ignác Fejes, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 13th minute the ball was on its way in behind Andrashida's goalkeeper Ignác Fejes, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After some careless play in the Andrashida defense, Máté Gelencsér kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ignác Fejes. The Andrashida fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ignác Fejes should have stopped the shot. Ignác Fejes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Máté Gelencsér in the 17th minute of the match. In the 18th minute, Máté Gelencsér made a precise shot to the right of Ignác Fejes. Andrashida's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-4. Máté Gelencsér received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Ignác Fejes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 25th minute, Máté Gelencsér ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ignác Fejes was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-5. 36 minutes into the match, Andrashida's goal looked a bit too open when Máté Gelencsér came free, but Ignác Fejes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ignác Fejes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Máté Gelencsér, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. After having played for 39 minutes, Máté Gelencsér managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Békéscsaba 1912 Előre SE's supporters crossed their fingers, but Máté Gelencsér was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Máté Gelencsér took the ball and in the 41 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ignác Fejes. Ignác Fejes dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-7. Disappointed in the 0-7 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Máté Gelencsér made a kick off. When the match had gone on for 51 minutes, Máté Gelencsér put it in 0-8 from a short distance just to the right of Ignác Fejes. When the match clock showed 57 minutes, the score became 0-9 when Máté Gelencsér sped through Andrashida's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Ignác Fejes. Békéscsaba 1912 Előre SE made a substitution. Levente Baranyai replaced Roland László. 62 minutes into the match, Pablo Salomon dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Ignác Fejes, 0-10. An unexpectedly hard shot by Géza Veress in the 65th minute of play forced Andrashida's goalkeeper Ignác Fejes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 70th minute, Békéscsaba 1912 Előre SE's Pablo Salomon dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-11. Ignác Fejes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bernardo Tavares, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 76 minutes into the game, Pablo Salomon cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-12. Ignác Fejes was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The supporters of Andrashida booed when Békéscsaba 1912 Előre SE was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 83 match minutes in a wonderful position. József Pásztor didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 86th minute, one of Andrashida:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Andrashida. The crowd rose to their feet as Géza Veress kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Ignác Fejes. That made the score 0-14 in the 90 minute of play. In the 94th minute, Pablo Salomon got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The Andrashida fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Békéscsaba 1912 Előre SE were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
