Pavel Romanescu was out of position in the 24 minute of play, and Artūras Ronaldo capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Artūras Ronaldo really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. Miromir Bilicki sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Miromir Bilicki had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 31 minutes into the match, FC COSA NOSTRA's goal looked a bit too open when Ernestas Alvinskas came free, but Erikas Mikoliūnas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 34th minute of the match FC Pegasas Siauliai got a corner. FC COSA NOSTRA's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Wiktor Dropinski in the 44th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Erikas Mikoliūnas saved FC COSA NOSTRA from getting behind. After a rather tough play, FC COSA NOSTRA's Liudvikas Karitonas got a free kick in the 45th minute. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Pavel Romanescu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Artūras Ronaldo, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. Liudvikas Karitonas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 64th minute Miltos Kotsovolos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Erikas Mikoliūnas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of FC COSA NOSTRA booed when FC Pegasas Siauliai was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ernestas Alvinskas didn't get a good kick on the ball. Erikas Mikoliūnas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wiktor Dropinski in the 72nd minute of the match. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. FC Pegasas Siauliai had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
