Moose Knuckles's Li Lin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Saulius Mikalajūnas in the 2nd minute of play. A collision led to Moose Knuckles getting a freekick after 3 minutes play. Vecdet Baştürk hit a great ball. Li Lin made an important save on a dangerous shot by Saulius Mikalajūnas in the 4th minute. 7 minutes into the match, Moose Knuckles's goal looked a bit too open when Åke Lindström came free, but Li Lin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lithuanian amber's Damazy Mitus played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wiktor Kjellqvist in the 9th minute of play. In the 9th minute, Wiktor Kjellqvist made a precise shot to the right of Damazy Mitus. Lithuanian amber's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Damazy Mitus stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Aloyzas Valys's shot from short distance in the 18th minute. 19 minutes into the match, Moose Knuckles's goal looked a bit too open when Saulius Mikalajūnas came free, but Li Lin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Li Lin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Saulius Mikalajūnas in the 19th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Victor Ortle in the 22nd minute of play forced Moose Knuckles's goalkeeper Li Lin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 25th minute Sonic Ball shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Damazy Mitus saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lithuanian amber's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Vecdet Baştürk was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. The supporters of Lithuanian amber booed when Moose Knuckles was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Wiktor Kjellqvist didn't get a good kick on the ball. Damazy Mitus made a fantastic save in the 68th minute, when Aloyzas Valys sent off a good shot on target. 70 minutes had been played when some careless play by Lithuanian amber's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Sonic Ball was slow to take the kick. During this time Moose Knuckles's players had a chance to rest. Li Lin was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Moose Knuckles's Bernardas Eidintas was substituted for Venancio Nardo. Moose Knuckles's Jaunius Balčaitis was substituted for Aloyzas Valys. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cayetano Pagomari in the 80th minute of play forced Moose Knuckles's goalkeeper Li Lin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Karol Jandryca lost his temper 82 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. 84 minutes into the match, Victor Ortle notched a goal, 3-2, to the right of Moose Knuckles's Li Lin. Li Lin was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Lithuanian amber's Cayetano Pagomari got a good chance for a goal in the 90th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Li Lin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Saulius Mikalajūnas, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute. In the 98th minute Saulius Mikalajūnas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Li Lin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Lithuanian amber fully deserved thier win.
