FK Mintis Vilnius's Oliver Can played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tymoteusz Chludzinski in the 16th minute of play. In the 16th minute, Tymoteusz Chludzinski made a precise shot to the right of Oliver Can. FK Mintis Vilnius's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. After 20 played minutes Absoliut got a freekick which was hit by Mustafa Hakan Tosunoğlu. FK Mintis Vilnius's Oliver Can played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tymoteusz Chludzinski in the 28th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hubertas Dabkevičius in the 38th minute of play forced Absoliut's goalkeeper Robertas Sabaitis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, Absoliut's Robertas Sabaitis got control of the ball when Tomas Danilevičius tried to sneak it across the goal line. The supporters of FK Mintis Vilnius booed when Absoliut was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jotautas Bulzgis didn't get a good kick on the ball. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The FK Mintis Vilnius fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Oliver Can should have stopped the shot. 55 minutes in the game Sigitas Jakubauskas did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Amado Guterres. 57 minutes into the match, Tymoteusz Chludzinski dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Oliver Can, 1-5. 60 minutes into the match, Absoliut's goal looked a bit too open when Tomas Danilevičius came free, but Robertas Sabaitis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With an all-out effort, Absoliut's Oliver Can threw himself towards the right post 61 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Mustafa Hakan Tosunoğlu, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tymoteusz Chludzinski got free with Oliver Can in the 62nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 63rd minute Mustafa Hakan Tosunoğlu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Oliver Can saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mustafa Hakan Tosunoğlu's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Oliver Can read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 64th minute of play. 65 minutes into the match, Absoliut's goal looked a bit too open when Tomas Danilevičius came free, but Robertas Sabaitis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 75th minute, Vygandas Jančiauskas reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Oliver Can. The goal made the score 1-6. Sigitas Jakubauskas kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arūnas Pukelis in the 84th minute of play forced Absoliut's goalkeeper Robertas Sabaitis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Oliver Can made a fantastic save in the 86th minute, when Vygandas Jančiauskas sent off a good shot on target. 88 minutes into the match, FK Mintis Vilnius's Amado Guterres sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Robertas Sabaitis narrowly saved just below the crossbar. A collision led to FK Mintis Vilnius getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Grant Pustak hit a great ball. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Absoliut had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
