In the 8th minute, CAN ERZURUM's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Erhan Ascı fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. 12 minutes in the game Erdinç Sarıalp did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Erhan Ascı. CAN ERZURUM's Joar Scheie proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 24th minute of the match, managed to save CAN ERZURUM from getting a goal against them. Levent Itzov might have been able to make a better finish in the 28th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Joar Scheie. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Levent Itzov ran back to his position shaking his head. Lemi Uğurlubey showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mehmet Şefik Karadağ in the 35th minute of the match. Sven-Olof Vestlund blasted a shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Lemi Uğurlubey having to make a save. In the 39th match minute, Gothic Souls was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cihan Refet to maneuver through the defense. Mehmet Poyraz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Gothic Souls were awarded a corner in the 46th minute after CAN ERZURUM's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. D.J. 赵云 took the corner. It was a well-played corner which Levent Itzov managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Erhan Ascı made a kick off. Gothic Souls's attentive Erdinç Sarıalp managed to snatch the ball when Cengizhan Soyurgal made a throw-in in the 54th minute of the game. 60 minutes into the game, Gothic Souls's Erhan Ascı nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Joar Scheie made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. After 63 played minutes Gothic Souls got a freekick which was hit by Ege Nesip. Gothic Souls made a substitution. Aytek İmar replaced Lovis Schobel. An unexpected shot in the 73rd minute by Sven-Olof Vestlund got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. CAN ERZURUM's Hüsrev Özyay was substituted for Alfred Nobel. CAN ERZURUM's Latif Baltacı was substituted for Rolando Betadur. Joar Scheie came out of the goal in the 77th minute to try and stop a shot by Gothic Souls's Erhan Ascı. But to his dismay, Erhan Ascı quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Gothic Souls made a substitution. Arda Ozan Ayberk replaced Levent Itzov. In the 82nd minute Erhan Ascı shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joar Scheie saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 85th minute of the match CAN ERZURUM got a corner. Gothic Souls's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Mehmet Poyraz ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Mehmet Poyraz almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Gothic Souls's Lemi Uğurlubey did a great save. If Mehmet Şefik Karadağ had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 91st minute, Sven-Olof Vestlund managed to get in a good position for a shot. CAN ERZURUM's supporters rose to their feet, but Sven-Olof Vestlund was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lemi Uğurlubey breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ege Nesip kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. 95 minutes into the match, Hüsrev Özyay dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Lemi Uğurlubey, 2-1.
