Marcin Zacharzewski made in the 11th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Kacper Szostak immediately put the ball in play. In the 19th minute, Formentera's Santo Illan ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Wladyslaw Henryk. Wladyslaw Henryk yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. Jan-Erik Lönn might have been able to make a better finish in the 22nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Wladyslaw Henryk. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Jan-Erik Lönn ran back to his position shaking his head. 22 minutes into the match, MKS Mazur Ełk's goal looked a bit too open when Jan-Erik Lönn came free, but Wladyslaw Henryk reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 26 minutes, Jan-Erik Lönn managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Formentera's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jan-Erik Lönn was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.
