The referee ignored MKS Mazur Ełk's protests and gave Emil Prusinowski a yellow card for diving instead. Nathan Sant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tymoteusz Barciniak in the 42nd minute of the match. Nathan Sant stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Tymoteusz Barciniak's shot from short distance in the 44th minute. After the first half MKS Mazur Ełk were leading 0-5. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Tymoteusz Barciniak who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 75thth minute tested the skills of Nathan Sant when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Remigiusz Bronder kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. In the 80thth minute of the game Tymoteusz Barciniak who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Meerkats FC's Nathan Sant was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Zula Cipinski did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 0-9 to the left of a surprised Nathan Sant 89 minutes into the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tymoteusz Barciniak got free with Nathan Sant in the 95th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 95th minute of the game, Witalis Jajecznica landed unfortunately after trying to head the ball, and pulled a muscle in the back, so badly that he had to leave the field. After 95 minutes, Timothy De Battista mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Meerkats FC and the MKS Mazur Ełk players grew even worse after the yellow card. MKS Mazur Ełk's Szymon Orlicki was substituted for Witalis Jajecznica. MKS Mazur Ełk's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
