After 18 minutes, Miroslaw Panikowski mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the MKS Mazur Ełk and the OROTINENSE players grew even worse after the yellow card. Miroslaw Panikowski kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. Edward Wincek's late challenge caught a OROTINENSE's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Buenaventura Paniagua made a kick off. When Zula Cipinski came up free with the goalie in the 54th minute, the MKS Mazur Ełk fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Zula Cipinski couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ulises Villegas in the 60th minute of play forced MKS Mazur Ełk's goalkeeper Waldemar Jeziorkowski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Miroslaw Panikowski was shown his second yellow card after 62 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. After a rather tough play, MKS Mazur Ełk's Miroslaw Panikowski got a free kick in the 63rd minute. Alex Santamaria struck a weak shot in the 69th minute. Waldemar Jeziorkowski didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for OROTINENSE. Waldemar Jeziorkowski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Buenaventura Paniagua in the 78th minute of play. A collision led to OROTINENSE getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Alex Santamaria scored 1-4 in the 86th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Waldemar Jeziorkowski, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 92 minutes into the match, Salvador Montealegre had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Waldemar Jeziorkowski. MKS Mazur Ełk's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Salvador Montealegre was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-4.
