But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Martin Mutumba couldn't finish the play. The corner ended in Radomir Gerlach almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Vykans Vikingar's Marcus Ekrot did a great save. Giannis Chatziioannou could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 32nd minute of the match, but Marcus Ekrot made a huge save. In the 32nd minute of the match, Giannis Chatziioannou got a very nice opportunity to score, but Marcus Ekrot was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Marcus Ekrot made an important save on a dangerous shot by Giannis Chatziioannou in the 32nd minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Giannis Chatziioannou got free with Marcus Ekrot in the 47th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.
The wind increased when Dušan Vlahović made the kick off in the second half. Marcus Ekrot showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Giannis Chatziioannou, who was totally free with the ball in the 51st minute. After 54 played minutes Nytäppet Fc got a freekick which was hit by Håkan Ivarsson. The crowd rose to their feet as Vykans Vikingar's Martin Mutumba slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Sture Abrahamsson. That made the score 1-1 after 55 minutes of play. Emmanuel Dennis came free with the goalkeeper in the 59th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Sture Abrahamsson could save by the left post. The crowd rose to their feet as Martin Mutumba kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Sture Abrahamsson. That made the score 1-2 in the 60 minute of play. Marcus Ekrot made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dušan Vlahović in the 68th minute of play. Marcus Ekrot showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dušan Vlahović, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. The audience was convinced that Martin Mutumba's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Sture Abrahamsson was relentless in the 73rd minute of the game.
