In the 4th match minute, U21 Kyrgyzstan was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nikolay Istratov to maneuver through the defense. Oliveira Lesak made a fantastic save in the 8th minute, when Vasiliy Kovalevskiy sent off a good shot on target. 10 minutes into the match, U21 Kyrgyzstan's goal looked a bit too open when Rowan Jepson came free, but Prokl Kuzmin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. U21 Kyrgyzstan's Prokl Kuzmin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rowan Jepson in the 13th minute of play. In the 30th minute Micheal Bramhall shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Prokl Kuzmin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bruno Pernambucano kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. Igor Lobanov received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Oliveira Lesak tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Prokl Kuzmin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rowan Jepson, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. The audience was convinced that Rowan Jepson's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Prokl Kuzmin was relentless in the 36th minute of the game. Jake Hardcastle scored 0-1 in the 39th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Prokl Kuzmin, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After some careless play in the U21 Kyrgyzstan defense, Rowan Jepson kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Prokl Kuzmin. The U21 Kyrgyzstan fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Prokl Kuzmin should have stopped the shot. After some fancy dribbling in the 46th minute, Rowan Jepson managed to get in a good position for a shot. U21 England's supporters rose to their feet, but Rowan Jepson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Prokl Kuzmin breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a rather tough play, U21 England's Micheal Bramhall got a free kick in the 47th minute. After the first half U21 England were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Igor Lobanov made a kick off. Through an outstanding action, after 51 minutes, Prokl Kuzmin successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 52nd minute U21 England were awarded a corner. Toby Fields went to the cornerflag to take it. A collision led to U21 England getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Den Gale hit a great ball. 56 minutes into the match, U21 England's goal looked a bit too open when Igor Lobanov came free, but Oliveira Lesak reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 57 minutes, Bruno Pernambucano managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. U21 England's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bruno Pernambucano was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 61 minutes into the match, Den Gale notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of U21 Kyrgyzstan's Prokl Kuzmin. Prokl Kuzmin was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 64th match minute, U21 England was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gary Sewell to maneuver through the defense. Igor Lobanov hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. U21 England made a substitution. Alastair Pell replaced Gary Sewell. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Rowan Jepson in the 85th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Prokl Kuzmin prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Den Gale could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 86th minute of the match, but Prokl Kuzmin made a huge save. In the 88th minute, U21 Kyrgyzstan's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Micheal Bramhall fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. In the 90th minute, Rowan Jepson made a precise shot to the right of Prokl Kuzmin. U21 Kyrgyzstan's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-5. In the 93rd minute, Den Gale got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in U21 Kyrgyzstan's zone, Micheal Bramhall stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Prokl Kuzmin came out of the goal and Micheal Bramhall tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. U21 England's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
