Seating: 2369, VIP seats: 206) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Emmanuel Ramjohn-Richards took the kick off in the first half of the match. Wes Shepard stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Marsilam Sangaji's shot from short distance in the 4th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Marsilam Sangaji got free with Wes Shepard in the 9th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 17th minute, Indonesia's Marsilam Sangaji dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. With his leg Wes Shepard managed to avoid a goal in the 23rdth minute, when Indonesia's Marsilam Sangaji fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Aang Arifin struck a weak shot in the 29th minute. Wes Shepard didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Indonesia. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Marsilam Sangaji in the 33rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Wes Shepard prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 38th match minute, Indonesia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marsilam Sangaji to maneuver through the defense. Marsilam Sangaji took the ball and in the 40 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Wes Shepard. Wes Shepard dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ato Jabari Ramjohn-Richards in the 42nd minute of play forced Indonesia's goalkeeper Mahadi Sutisna to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Marsilam Sangaji had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.
In the 53rd minute, Marsilam Sangaji left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Indonesia fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. Marsilam Sangaji's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Wes Shepard read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 56th minute of play. After 57 minutes Trinidad & Tobago's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Aku Sange who took care of the corner kick. If Emmanuel Ramjohn-Richards had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Marsilam Sangaji in the 66th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Wes Shepard saved Trinidad & Tobago from getting behind. Wes Shepard took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marsilam Sangaji, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Trinidad & Tobago getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Emmanuel Ramjohn-Richards hit a great ball. Indonesia made a substitution. Roman Sembiring replaced Marsilam Sangaji. Indonesia made a substitution. Tità Kamal replaced Edwin Supit. In the 77th minute, Emmanuel Ramjohn-Richards hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Roman Sembiring's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Wes Shepard read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 78th minute of play. 80 minutes into the match, Trinidad & Tobago's goal looked a bit too open when Roman Sembiring came free, but Wes Shepard reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Roman Sembiring in the 82nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Wes Shepard prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 84 minutes into the match, Indonesia's Roman Sembiring sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Wes Shepard narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 85 minutes had been played when some careless play by Trinidad & Tobago's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Aku Sange was slow to take the kick. During this time Indonesia's players had a chance to rest. Lionel Nelson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mahadi Sutisna having to interfere. If Roman Sembiring had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Roman Sembiring during the 95th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 95th match minute, Indonesia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Roman Sembiring to maneuver through the defense. In the 97th minute, Roman Sembiring left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Indonesia fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-0. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Indonesia fully deserved thier win.
