Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Agustín Tastzian started the match with the kick off. In the 8th minute Fellipe Lago shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pawel Siedlecki saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 13 minutes had been played when some careless play by Ovalle City's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Valdemar de Lima was slow to take the kick. During this time Barrenta SC's players had a chance to rest. An unexpectedly hard shot by Agustín Tastzian in the 14th minute of play forced Ovalle City's goalkeeper Pawel Siedlecki to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Pawel Siedlecki took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Agustín Tastzian, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fellipe Lago in the 19th minute of play forced Ovalle City's goalkeeper Pawel Siedlecki to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Pawel Siedlecki came out of the goal in the 21st minute to try and stop a shot by Barrenta SC's Di Marinho. But to his dismay, Di Marinho quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Pawel Siedlecki showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Agustín Tastzian, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. 27 minutes into the match, Ovalle City's goal looked a bit too open when Di Marinho came free, but Pawel Siedlecki reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Pawel Siedlecki made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Di Marinho in the 29th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fellipe Lago in the 32nd minute of play forced Ovalle City's goalkeeper Pawel Siedlecki to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Barrenta SC were awarded a corner in the 33th minute after Ovalle City's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Valdemar de Lima took the corner. The corner ended in Valdemar de Lima almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Ovalle City's Pawel Siedlecki did a great save. 37 minutes into the match, Ovalle City's goal looked a bit too open when Nariman Mansourian came free, but Pawel Siedlecki reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Pawel Siedlecki showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Di Marinho, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. In the 40th minute Agustín Tastzian shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pawel Siedlecki saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 42nd minute of the match Barrenta SC got a corner. Ovalle City's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Valdemar de Lima ran over to the corner to take the kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Di Marinho in the 44th minute of play forced Ovalle City's goalkeeper Pawel Siedlecki to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Pawel Siedlecki took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Agustín Tastzian, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After the first half Barrenta SC were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Joe Uytterhaegen to make the kick off. Pawel Siedlecki made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vicente Leme in the 50th minute of play. Patric Isaksson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Severino Coutinho in the 51st minute of the match. Pawel Siedlecki showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nariman Mansourian, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. With an all-out effort, Barrenta SC's Pawel Siedlecki threw himself towards the right post 55 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Agustín Tastzian, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. 59 minutes into the match, Ovalle City's goalkeeper Pawel Siedlecki had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Di Marinho. Ovalle City's defense didn't have a chance, in the 59th minute, when Agustín Tastzian scored to the left of an out of position Pawel Siedlecki, making the score, 0-3. In the 63rd minute, Omar Palma got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a rather tough play, Ovalle City's Daniel Martel got a free kick in the 64th minute. Ovalle City's Pawel Siedlecki proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 65th minute of the match, managed to save Ovalle City from getting a goal against them. Nariman Mansourian kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. Ovalle City's Pawel Siedlecki played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Agustín Tastzian in the 68th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joe Uytterhaegen in the 70th minute of play forced Barrenta SC's goalkeeper Patric Isaksson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ovalle City's Omar Palma quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Valdemar de Lima, made in the 73rd minute of the game. Patric Isaksson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Omar Palma in the 74th minute of play. Agustín Tastzian had several of the Ovalle City's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 75 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 0-4 score and a disappointed Pawel Siedlecki as he didn't even see the shot coming. Pawel Siedlecki made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fellipe Lago in the 78th minute of play. When the match clock showed 78 minutes, the score became 0-5 when Agustín Tastzian sped through Ovalle City's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Pawel Siedlecki. 81 minutes into the match, Ovalle City's goal looked a bit too open when Fellipe Lago came free, but Pawel Siedlecki reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 83rd minute, Ceandro Dumont hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Barrenta SC's Marcelinho Ramalho was substituted for Valdemar de Lima. Barrenta SC's Urban Stenman was substituted for Fellipe Lago. The supporters of Barrenta SC booed when Ovalle City was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 84 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ceandro Dumont didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 87th minute, Ovalle City's Barni Donoso seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Barni Donoso the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Ovalle City protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Barni Donoso had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Barrenta SC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
