Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) 1947 FC's Ismael Ishmael started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 3rd minute, Ismael Ishmael ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Modesto Guipuzkoa was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. A collision led to Club Atlético Ranchos getting a freekick after 6 minutes play. Cleto Gimenez hit a great ball. Modesto Guipuzkoa came out of the goal in the 8th minute to try and stop a shot by 1947 FC's Orlando Arnalt. But to his dismay, Orlando Arnalt quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. After 11 played minutes 1947 FC got a freekick which was hit by Ismael Ishmael. Martín Rojas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hugo Lucian in the 16th minute of the match. A collision led to Club Atlético Ranchos getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Cleto Gimenez hit a great ball. Modesto Guipuzkoa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Serafin Fagondo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 28 minutes into the match, Club Atlético Ranchos's goal looked a bit too open when Serafin Fagondo came free, but Modesto Guipuzkoa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Club Atlético Ranchos's Modesto Guipuzkoa proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 31st minute of the match, managed to save Club Atlético Ranchos from getting a goal against them. Ismael Ishmael hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. Orlando Arnalt hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. Modesto Guipuzkoa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ismael Ishmael in the 38th minute of the match. In the 41st minute Serafin Fagondo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Modesto Guipuzkoa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ismael Ishmael got free with Modesto Guipuzkoa in the 42nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ramiro Irrintzi kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Nestor Rolado during the 46th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Martín Rojas went to the wrong direction when Ignacio Baumar was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Alfredo Quiroga made the kick off in the second half. Modesto Guipuzkoa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ismael Ishmael in the 51st minute of play. The supporters of Club Atlético Ranchos booed when 1947 FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ismael Ishmael didn't get a good kick on the ball. Martín Rojas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hugo Lucian in the 59th minute of the match. After 64 played minutes Club Atlético Ranchos got a freekick which was hit by Ignacio Baumar. In the 67th minute Ismael Ishmael shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Modesto Guipuzkoa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the Club Atlético Ranchos defense, Orlando Arnalt kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Modesto Guipuzkoa. The Club Atlético Ranchos fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Modesto Guipuzkoa should have stopped the shot. In the 84th minute, Ismael Ishmael left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The 1947 FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-0. In the 89th minute, 1947 FC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Alfredo Quiroga fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. 91 minutes into the game, Club Atlético Ranchos's Alfredo Quiroga nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Martín Rojas made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-1. After a defensive mix-up in 1947 FC's zone, Hugo Lucian stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Martín Rojas came out of the goal and Hugo Lucian tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Club Atlético Ranchos's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
