With a couple of smart ball manuevers Estevam Moroño in the 11th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Agha Arslan saved Pakistan from getting behind. Agha Arslan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Estevam Moroño, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. With an all-out effort, Uruguay's Agha Arslan threw himself towards the right post 21 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Estevam Moroño, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Agha Arslan came out of the goal in the 22nd minute to try and stop a shot by Uruguay's Estevam Moroño. Primitivo Grau fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Agha Arslan having to interfere. Agha Arslan made an important save on a dangerous shot by Estevam Moroño in the 39th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Estevam Moroño in the 43rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Agha Arslan prevented the ball from getting in the gole.

After 93 minutes, Rosario Cepa made it 6-0 with a short kick to the right side. Pakistan's Agha Arslan tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. When the referee ended the match the Uruguay players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
