The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. When Fidelio Pehr fell near the penalty area in the 4th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored MÜNCHEN LIONS's protests and gave Fidelio Pehr a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Angl FC booed when MÜNCHEN LIONS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fidelio Pehr didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 8th minute, Ali Murat Detjen managed to get in a good position for a shot. Angl FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Ali Murat Detjen was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Sven Vielmann breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Kai Boris Beimler during the 11th minute. Berthold Volz's long shot made the audience stand up and applaude when it rumbled by Sven Vielmann on his right side and into the goal. 30 minutes into the game it was 0-1. If Kai Boris Beimler had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience was convinced that Kai Boris Beimler's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Sven Vielmann was relentless in the 39th minute of the game. 41 minutes into the game, Kai Boris Beimler cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Sven Vielmann was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Bosko Kobel made in the 92nd minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by MÜNCHEN LIONS's Jannick Strack. Sven Vielmann was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Kester Stanke showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-7 in the 95 minute of play. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Angl FC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
