When the match clock showed 3 minutes, the score became 1-0 when Rahman Tabeer sped through Wellesbourne's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Mudasser Qureshi. Azghar Ghufyan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 7th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 10 minutes into the match, Chelmsford United's Rahman Tabeer sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Mudasser Qureshi narrowly saved just below the crossbar. If Dany-Adams Van De Gehuchte had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Rahman Tabeer got free with Mudasser Qureshi in the 12th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Rahman Tabeer received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Mudasser Qureshi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Chelmsford United's Erenay Özben played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sufyan Shayan in the 17th minute of play. 18 minutes into the game, Aftab Ijaz was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Wellesbourne's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Chelmsford United the free kick. In the 18th match minute, Wellesbourne was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aftab Ijaz to maneuver through the defense. After some careless play in the Wellesbourne defense, Rahman Tabeer kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Mudasser Qureshi. The Wellesbourne fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Mudasser Qureshi should have stopped the shot. Rahman Tabeer received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Mudasser Qureshi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Rahman Tabeer in the 26th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Mudasser Qureshi prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Erenay Özben showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Moazzam Rehman in the 29th minute of the match. Mudasser Qureshi stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Rahman Tabeer's shot from short distance in the 31st minute. If Rahman Tabeer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Rahman Tabeer got free with Mudasser Qureshi in the 35th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 38th minute the ball was on its way in behind Wellesbourne's goalkeeper Mudasser Qureshi, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Eddie Foster hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. After 47 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Wellesbourne! When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Rahman Tabeer was the one to do the kick off. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Rahman Tabeer fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mudasser Qureshi having to interfere. 72 minutes into the game, Dany-Adams Van De Gehuchte cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-0. Mudasser Qureshi was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 75 minutes into the match, Wellesbourne's goal looked a bit too open when Dany-Adams Van De Gehuchte came free, but Mudasser Qureshi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mudasser Qureshi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dany-Adams Van De Gehuchte in the 77th minute of the match. If Rahman Tabeer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Razzaq Hannan fell near the penalty area in the 87th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Wellesbourne's protests and gave Razzaq Hannan a yellow card for diving instead. After 87 played minutes Wellesbourne got a freekick which was hit by Razzaq Hannan. When Chelmsford United's Rahman Tabeer in the 93rd minute got a chance for a shot 93rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Wellesbourne's goalie prevented a goal. Rahman Tabeer fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mudasser Qureshi having to interfere. Sufyan Shayan's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Erenay Özben firmly grabbed it by the left post. Chelmsford United walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
