LenSalvador CF-A.C.S's Delmar Mendiko proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 23rd minute of the match, managed to save LenSalvador CF-A.C.S from getting a goal against them. 24 minutes into the match, LenSalvador CF-A.C.S's goalkeeper Delmar Mendiko had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Rigoberto Lozano. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jose Castro got free with Delmar Mendiko in the 27th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Delmar Mendiko made a fantastic save in the 30th minute, when Christian Castillo sent off a good shot on target. In the 35th minute Luís Regalado shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carlos Eduardo Ramos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Delmar Mendiko made a fantastic save in the 38th minute, when Rigoberto Lozano sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Christian Castillo in the 43rd minute of play forced LenSalvador CF-A.C.S's goalkeeper Delmar Mendiko to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 46 played minutes LenSalvador CF-A.C.S got a freekick which was hit by Zeng Wei Feng. Through an outstanding action, after 47 minutes, Delmar Mendiko successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The wind increased when Luís Regalado made the kick off in the second half. Bilgehan Ülgener kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. Luís Regalado sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. Peng Yao Xing kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. Delmar Mendiko made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Américo Oberto in the 89th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 94th minute, Américo Oberto managed to get in a good position for a shot. Buenaventura FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Américo Oberto was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Delmar Mendiko breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.
