The corner led Luxembourg's Christopher Best to fire away a dangerous shot which Celestino Elvira despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Roy Radcliffe fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Celestino Elvira having to interfere. Luxembourg's Laurence Steed played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Noe Bado in the 31st minute of play. Bolivia's Celestino Elvira played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alan Lampard in the 43rd minute of play. Alistair Morcom kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Alan Lampard to strike the kick off in the second half. Bolivia's Celestino Elvira played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alan Lampard in the 68th minute of play. In the 69th minute of the match, Noe Bado tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Laurence Steed saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 89th minute, Bolivia's Pau Espejo dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 3-1. Curtis Metcalfe sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Bolivia's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because Luxembourg had won, even though Bolivia had held more of the ball.
