Dobromir Keep made a fantastic save in the 14th minute, when Ludomir Lanczak sent off a good shot on target. Szczepan Adamus came out of the goal in the 18th minute to try and stop a shot by Purple Shadows's Tonin Zogu. But to his dismay, Tonin Zogu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Ivan Olano lost his temper 22 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. In the 22nd minute, Ivan Olano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 25th minute, Jaroslaw Winograd got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Gorom Kanø to strike the kick off in the second half. The crowd rose to their feet as Purple Shadows's Gorom Kanø slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Szczepan Adamus. That made the score 1-6 after 93 minutes of play. Purple Shadows's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
