In the 9th match minute, Brzostowiec was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by João Félix to maneuver through the defense. 14 minutes into the match, Brzostowiec's goal looked a bit too open when Gorom Kanø came free, but Szczepan Adamus reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dobromir Keep showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ludomir Lanczak in the 18th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Brzostowiec's Ryszard Bambas got a free kick in the 19th minute. Dobromir Keep made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ludomir Lanczak in the 25th minute of play. In the 26th minute of the match Brzostowiec got a corner. Purple Shadows's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Jaroslaw Winograd ran over to the corner to take the kick.
