In the 7th minute, Fernando Baiano reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Edmund Wieloch. The goal made the score 1-0. Edmund Wieloch made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Karol Czerniejewski in the 10th minute of play. 14 minutes into the match, Głodni z Natury 21's goal looked a bit too open when Mateusz Wieteska came free, but Edmund Wieloch reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Legia Warszawa 【L】's Uluç Safa got a free kick in the 15th minute. Heiko Seedorf kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. Edmund Wieloch made an important save on a dangerous shot by Fernando Baiano in the 23rd minute. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Karol Czerniejewski made a kick off. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ziemowit Wielkopolski couldn't finish the play. Fernando Baiano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Edmund Wieloch tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
