In the 12th minute of the match, Gustaw Erland got a very nice opportunity to score, but Glenn Fyfe was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Bernardo Mazzola stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Daniel Löfgren's shot from short distance in the 13th minute. A4p FC Gad's supporters crossed their fingers, but James Batistuta was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when James Batistuta made the kick off in the second half. Iulian Berceanu hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. 53 minutes into the match, Fc Aroosos's Cyryl Brzeszczak sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Glenn Fyfe narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 62 played minutes Fc Aroosos got a freekick which was hit by Jakub Adamski. The supporters of A4p FC Gad booed when Fc Aroosos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jakub Adamski didn't get a good kick on the ball. A4p FC Gad's Marcin Pachucki got a good chance for a goal in the 64th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Bernardo Mazzola made a fantastic save in the 69th minute, when James Batistuta sent off a good shot on target. 73 minutes into the match, Borys Rzentkowski had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Glenn Fyfe. A4p FC Gad's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Borys Rzentkowski was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. A4p FC Gad's Gică Busuioc was substituted for James Batistuta. Bernardo Mazzola showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Iulian Berceanu in the 78th minute of the match. After 82 minutes A4p FC Gad's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Cyryl Brzeszczak who took care of the corner kick. Fc Aroosos's Cyryl Brzeszczak was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Glenn Fyfe in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Borys Rzentkowski might have been able to make a better finish in the 84th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Glenn Fyfe. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Borys Rzentkowski ran back to his position shaking his head. Fc Aroosos's Bernardo Mazzola played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by King Scorpio in the 87th minute of play. In the 90th minute, Gică Busuioc reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Bernardo Mazzola. The goal made the score 1-2. In the 95th minute of the match, Flavius Cândroveanu got a very nice opportunity to score, but Bernardo Mazzola was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. A4p FC Gad's Gică Busuioc managed to work through Fc Aroosos's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Gică Busuioc dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. The Fc Aroosos fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. A4p FC Gad were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
