After taking down the ball on OROTINENSE's corner Leonel Cisneros fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Jermaine Richmond quite easily take care of the ball. In the 17th minute Sung McKinley shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Liu Yong Yong saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 22 minutes into the match, OROTINENSE's goal looked a bit too open when Tigran Kirakosyan came free, but Liu Yong Yong reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alfonso Rulli's late challenge caught a Khachatryan's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Sung McKinley was the one to do the kick off. After some careless play in the OROTINENSE defense, Sung McKinley kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Liu Yong Yong. The OROTINENSE fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Liu Yong Yong should have stopped the shot. Hu Wei Shu struck a weak shot in the 59th minute. Liu Yong Yong showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sung McKinley in the 75th minute of the match. Through an outstanding action, after 77 minutes, Liu Yong Yong successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the last second Liu Yong Yong throw himself and got hold of the ball when Sung McKinley in the 77thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. 80 minutes into the match, Khachatryan's goal looked a bit too open when Jacek Walczak came free, but Jermaine Richmond reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 82 minutes into the game, Sung McKinley cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-5.
