The supporters of JuSi Malacky booed when NK FOLKROLA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 2 match minutes in a wonderful position. Robert Koren didn't get a good kick on the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Asi Ohorella in the 38th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Metod Volmut prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 39 minutes into the game, Morgan Mišković cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-3. Róbert Gogoľ was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 42 minutes into the match, Asi Ohorella notched a goal, 1-4, to the right of NK FOLKROLA's Metod Volmut. Metod Volmut was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 45 minutes into the match, NK FOLKROLA's goal looked a bit too open when Asi Ohorella came free, but Metod Volmut reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Bore Ristič was the one to do the kick off. Štefan Ikra received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 51st minute. Metod Volmut tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Lukáč Baňáks short, quick shot in the 53rdth minute got Metod Volmut to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After 54 minutes of play, NK FOLKROLA's Mirsad Stanič made it 2-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. JuSi Malacky's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
