Xentrias's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Paunero the free kick. Emilio Eleazar did an outstanding performance 54 minutes into the match, when he by himself got past the opposing team's defense and with a quick scored 0-1 to the right of an irritated Maximilian Strömbom in the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Benigno Iago got free with Maximilian Strömbom in the 65th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the last second Maximilian Strömbom throw himself and got hold of the ball when Silverio Semeno in the 68thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. In the 71st minute, Ivan Bortzaioriz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 72nd minute, Jussi Björling made a precise shot to the right of Santiago Urtats. Paunero's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1.
