One of Sandsjöfors FF:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of AFC Richmond:s goal. If Fernando Tolhauzsen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sandsjöfors FF's Hans Åkerman quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Dino Yanque, made in the 24th minute of the game. In the 25th play minute Felipe Hernández came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Edgar Lustig. 2-0. After 32nd play minutes Remicio Price shot 3-0, a short shot which went by Edgar Lustig and just under the crossbar into goal. 36 minutes into the game, one of Sandsjöfors FF:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. An unexpectedly hard shot by Remicio Price in the 40th minute of play forced Sandsjöfors FF's goalkeeper Edgar Lustig to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fernando Tolhauzsen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Edgar Lustig tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 70th minute, Remicio Price made a precise shot to the right of Edgar Lustig. Sandsjöfors FF's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 7-0. After some careless play in the Sandsjöfors FF defense, Enrique Arostegui kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Edgar Lustig. The Sandsjöfors FF fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Edgar Lustig should have stopped the shot. Edgar Lustig took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Remicio Price, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. AFC Richmond's Sandro Cavareda proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 77th minute of the match, managed to save AFC Richmond from getting a goal against them. In the 81st minute Lucio Jose María Coromina shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edgar Lustig saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. AFC Richmond fully deserved thier win.
