The audience thought a goal was coming when Alberto Spencer got free with Stasio Kowalski in the 14th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Freddy Samano hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. After 27 minutes of play, RockCity F.C.'s Alberto Spencer made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Stasio Kowalski was left in no man's land by his defense there! Cagua Seoane came out of the goal in the 32nd minute to try and stop a shot by CD Zhizhio's Sven-Arne Apelquist. But to his dismay, Sven-Arne Apelquist quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. In the 36th minute, RockCity F.C.'s Alberto Spencer dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-1. After 46 played minutes CD Zhizhio got a freekick which was hit by 贺银坚. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

RockCity F.C.'s Alberto Spencer got a good chance for a goal in the 51st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Yu Chao Bin in the 55thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Cagua Seoane, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. With an all-out effort, CD Zhizhio's Cagua Seoane threw himself towards the right post 59 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Paul-Émile Bolé, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. CD Zhizhio made a substitution. Azconzábal Machuca replaced Jairo Carral. CD Zhizhio's Cristian Diestro was substituted for Castro Lugardo. If Ángel Mena had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 70 minutes into the match, RockCity F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Paul-Émile Bolé came free, but Cagua Seoane reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cagua Seoane made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Paul-Émile Bolé in the 77th minute of play. RockCity F.C.'s Damián Diaz was substituted for Fabian Reborio. RockCity F.C. made a substitution. RockCity F.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Angelo Di Crescenzo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Many of CD Zhizhio's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. CD Zhizhio may have spent more time on the ball, but RockCity F.C. were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
