Ernesto Rafel might have been able to make a better finish in the 8th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Stefan Babicki. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ernesto Rafel ran back to his position shaking his head. Gonza Villamil was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 10th minute. junior's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Teofil Bulkiewicz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Stefan Babicki having to interfere. In the 17th minute, Sidro Barrasa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ernesto Rafel recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 21st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 24 minutes into the game, junior's Gonza Villamil nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Stefan Babicki made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. Stefan Babicki was a little too slow when Teofil Bulkiewicz got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 28th minute. The score was now 2-0. Jotares's Stefan Babicki played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gonza Villamil in the 35th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ernesto Rafel got free with Stefan Babicki in the 39th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 41st minute, Jotares's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Teofil Bulkiewicz fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Erlantz Trana kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. In the 42nd minute, junior's Teofil Bulkiewicz ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Stefan Babicki. Stefan Babicki yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 4-0. Jorge Baldes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 48th minute. Valente Arrazola tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Teofil Bulkiewicz made a kick off. Basilio Urtado kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. Teofil Bulkiewicz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Gonza Villamil struck a weak shot in the 57th minute. Stefan Babicki didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for junior. In the 59th minute, Jordy Mino hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some careless play in the Jotares defense, Ernesto Rafel kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Stefan Babicki. The Jotares fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Stefan Babicki should have stopped the shot. After 67 minutes, Jordy Mino mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Jotares and the junior players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of junior booed when Jotares was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jordy Mino didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jorge Baldes could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 97th minute of the match, but Valente Arrazola made a huge save. junior's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
