Josué Galilea took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 36th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Eladio Villarreal. Khalil Gibran's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. José Antonio Arriaza received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Patricio Toledo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Khalil Gibran's Eladio Villarreal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pang Xun in the 44th minute of play. Natalio Corbalán helped the player get up and apologised. In the 74th minute, Natalio Corbalán hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 75 minutes into the match, Khalil Gibran's goal looked a bit too open when Remicio Bueno came free, but Eladio Villarreal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Khalil Gibran's Eladio Villarreal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Josué Galilea in the 95th minute of play. Cabildo FC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
