Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Francisco Antonio Cacho took the kick off in the first half of the match. Norberto Waugh came out of the goal and Teodoro Otazo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The long shot by Román Halat in the 11th minute really tested Norberto Waugh's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. The supporters of Toret booed when Blackpool FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ermegildo Varela didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the match had gone on for 18 minutes, Teodoro Otazo took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Norberto Waugh to make any attempt to save it. Toret's Jose Manuel Urquieta was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 21st play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. With a little luck, Blackpool FC's Norberto Waugh got control of the ball when Víctor Javier Hoefler tried to sneak it across the goal line. 41 minutes into the game, Rafael Maria Popelaire recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Norberto Waugh. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Teodoro Otazo to make the kick off. Toret's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Francisco Antonio Cacho was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-1. If Teodoro Otazo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Teodoro Otazo scored 5-1 in the 90th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Norberto Waugh, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Toret had played much better football throughout.
