With an all-out effort, San Gregorio FC's Aureo Martens threw himself towards the right post 61 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Juan Carlos Fariña, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Pacífico Albano charged in rather forcefully in the 81st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. United Lampa's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
