A collision led to Victoria FC getting a freekick after 8 minutes play. Alarico Tiñoli hit a great ball. Juan Miguel Almendras who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 11thth minute tested the skills of Markus Necochea when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Remicio Arbildo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Markus Necochea having to make a save. Honorio Berganza struck a weak shot in the 16th minute. Markus Necochea didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Victoria FC. Ernesto Daniel Rogers recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 18th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Francisco Partarrieu hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. Tauro Dittmann took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Poulus Moreau, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Markus Necochea made a fantastic save in the 23rd minute, when Honorio Berganza sent off a good shot on target. After 29 minutes of play, Victoria FC's Honorio Berganza made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Markus Necochea was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 33rdth minute of the game Juan Miguel Almendras who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but San Gregorio FC's Markus Necochea was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Honorio Berganza's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Markus Necochea read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 37th minute of play. Juan Miguel Almendras hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. In the 40thth minute of the game Ernesto Daniel Rogers who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Victoria FC's Tauro Dittmann was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Honorio Berganza could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 42nd minute of the match, but Markus Necochea made a huge save. Juan Carlos Fariña charged in rather forcefully in the 45th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Juan Carlos Fariña the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 45 played minutes San Gregorio FC got a freekick which was hit by Juan Carlos Fariña. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ernesto Daniel Rogers stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Poulus Moreau could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 52nd minute of the match, but Tauro Dittmann made a huge save. Honorio Berganza sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Juan Miguel Almendras struck a weak shot in the 57th minute. Markus Necochea didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Victoria FC. 58 minutes into the match, San Gregorio FC's goal looked a bit too open when Honorio Berganza came free, but Markus Necochea reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Poulus Moreau struck a weak shot in the 69th minute. Tauro Dittmann didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for San Gregorio FC. When Victoria FC's Juan Miguel Almendras in the 70th minute got a chance for a shot 70th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. The Victoria FC fans' excitement grew in the 77th match minute when Victoria FC's Honorio Berganza looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Juan Miguel Almendras sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Markus Necochea showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Juan Miguel Almendras, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Honorio Berganza in the 92nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Markus Necochea prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Honorio Berganza in the 94th minute of play forced San Gregorio FC's goalkeeper Markus Necochea to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Juan Miguel Almendras fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Markus Necochea having to interfere. There was no doubt that Victoria FC were the better team. Victoria FC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
