Magoo BR's Edinho Santana proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 12th minute of the match, managed to save Magoo BR from getting a goal against them. Reynaldo da Silveira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Er Miner tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If 秦希笑 had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Edinho Santana took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from João Vítor Barros, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling José Paulo da Rocha in the 32nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Er Miner prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Er Miner showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zanko Shosev in the 37th minute of the match. Edinho Santana took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from João Vítor Barros, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 44 minutes, Reynaldo da Silveira managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Magoo BR's supporters crossed their fingers, but Reynaldo da Silveira was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.

In the 53rd minute, Reynaldo da Silveira got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 60th minute Ernani Valadares shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edinho Santana saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Washington Demartis in the 62nd minute of play forced Magoo BR's goalkeeper Edinho Santana to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Countdown FC were awarded a corner in the 63th minute after Magoo BR's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Diguinho Rezende took the corner. A collision led to Countdown FC getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Ernani Valadares hit a great ball. The supporters of Magoo BR booed when Countdown FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ernani Valadares didn't get a good kick on the ball. Countdown FC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
