Spectators: 7762 (Terracing: 5823, Seating: 1785, VIP seats: 154) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when João Vítor Barros took the kick off in the first half of the match. Edu Prado kicked well hit freekick during the 4th minute of the match. The supporters of Countdown FC booed when Biquinha FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. João Paulo do Vale didn't get a good kick on the ball. João Vítor Barros received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Arthur Martins came out and tried to block the shot, but João Vítor Barros slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 6th minute. Arthur Martins made a fantastic save in the 11th minute, when Washington Demartis sent off a good shot on target. Arthur Martins didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Washington Demartis went, in the 12th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. Bruno Braga sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience was convinced that João Vítor Barros's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Arthur Martins was relentless in the 19th minute of the game. 30 minutes into the match, Biquinha FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ernani Valadares came free, but Arthur Martins reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 33 minutes into the match, João Vítor Barros dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Arthur Martins, 6-0. In the 36th minute, Biquinha FC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Washington Demartis fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Arthur Martins made an important save on a dangerous shot by Adriano Cardozo in the 39th minute. If João Vítor Barros had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 41st minute the ball was on its way in behind Biquinha FC's goalkeeper Arthur Martins, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Bruno Braga had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. João Vítor Barros received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Arthur Martins tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

Arthur Martins showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Washington Demartis, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. Washington Demartis recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 57th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Arthur Martins didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Washington Demartis went, in the 63rd minute, to the upper right corner, 8-0 was the resulting score. Countdown FC's Válter Dante was substituted for Bebeto Pimenta. Countdown FC's Dida Carioca was substituted for Alfredão Sergipano. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling João Vítor Barros in the 69th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Arthur Martins prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 70th minute, Washington Demartis ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Arthur Martins was frozen by the shot and now it was 9-0. If João Vítor Barros had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 76 minutes into the game, João Vítor Barros cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 10-0. Arthur Martins was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a defensive mix-up in Biquinha FC's zone, Washington Demartis stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Arthur Martins came out of the goal and Washington Demartis tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Countdown FC's Washington Demartis got a good chance for a goal in the 82nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With a couple of smart ball manuevers João Vítor Barros in the 84th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Arthur Martins saved Biquinha FC from getting behind. Arthur Martins stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of João Vítor Barros's shot from short distance in the 86th minute. Biquinha FC's Arthur Martins played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Washington Demartis in the 87th minute of play. If Washington Demartis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After 91 minutes of play, Countdown FC's João Vítor Barros made it 11-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Arthur Martins was left in no man's land by his defense there! When the referee ended the match the Countdown FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
