Radowit Dziewulski scored 0-2 in the 14th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Arthur Martins, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rui Luz in the 17th minute of play forced Biquinha FC's goalkeeper Arthur Martins to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Anderson Sanches was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 20 minutes into the match. 25 minutes into the match, Laranjais's Rui Luz sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Arthur Martins narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Arthur Martins stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Rui Luz's shot from short distance in the 44th minute. In the 45th minute Radowit Dziewulski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arthur Martins saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 46 minutes into the game, Laranjais's Claudinho Azevedo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Arthur Martins made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-6. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-6 lead.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Rui Luz to strike the kick off in the second half. After 55 minutes of play, Biquinha FC's Reginaldo Correia made it 2-6 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Marcelinho Tinoco was left in no man's land by his defense there! Arthur Martins didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Laranjais's Rui Luz shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 2-8 in the ordered_time% minute. Cipriano Dantas charged in rather forcefully in the 85th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Cipriano Dantas the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Arthur Martins, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save.
