Rui Luz in the 11thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Arthur Martins, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. After 14 minutes, Rui Luz made it 3-0 with a short kick to the right side. Biquinha FC's Arthur Martins tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Cipriano Dantas was extremely unlucky when he, in the 18th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. In the 27th minute of the match Arlindo Soares sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Marcelinho Tinoco skillfully saved the ball. Cido Lago scored 5-0 in the 28th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Arthur Martins, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Rui Luz had several of the Biquinha FC's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 31 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 6-0 score and a disappointed Arthur Martins as he didn't even see the shot coming. With his leg Arthur Martins managed to avoid a goal in the 39thth minute, when Laranjais's Rui Luz fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 40 minutes in the game, Cido Lago fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Arthur Martins having to interfere. The supporters of Laranjais booed when Biquinha FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Anderson Sanches didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Biquinha FC's zone, Moisés Zanette stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Arthur Martins came out of the goal and Moisés Zanette tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Cido Lago had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 7-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Bruno Braga made the kick off in the second half. Rui Luz might have been able to make a better finish in the 54th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Arthur Martins. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Rui Luz ran back to his position shaking his head. Rui Luz took the ball and in the 56 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Arthur Martins. Arthur Martins dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 8-0. Cido Lago sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 61st minute, Cipriano Dantas managed to get in a good position for a shot. Laranjais's supporters rose to their feet, but Cipriano Dantas was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Arthur Martins breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 66 minutes into the match, Rui Luz notched a goal, 9-0, to the right of Biquinha FC's Arthur Martins.
