Luiz Corrêa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nuno Gaúcho in the 35th minute of play. In the 40th minute, Sten Andrejević left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The ROSÁRIO SPORT fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. 44 minutes into the match, AllRaf EC's goal looked a bit too open when Ture Möllgren came free, but Aitor España reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ivo Arce to make the kick off. AllRaf EC's Aitor España played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sten Andrejević in the 54th minute of play. Aitor España came out of the goal in the 59th minute to try and stop a shot by ROSÁRIO SPORT's Sten Andrejević. But to his dismay, Sten Andrejević quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. After a rather tough play, AllRaf EC's Mário Moreira got a free kick in the 63rd minute. Dean Harvey hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. ROSÁRIO SPORT's Luiz Corrêa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ivo Arce in the 70th minute of play. In the 76th minute of the match Alf Elg sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Aitor España skillfully saved the ball. When Nuno Gaúcho came up free with the goalie in the 82nd minute, the AllRaf EC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Nuno Gaúcho couldn't finish the play. Luiz Corrêa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gísli Langnickel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. ROSÁRIO SPORT were delighted with the way they had won the match. They had held their defensive line well and made the most of their chances, to claim a victory over AllRaf EC's much stronger midfield.
