In the 25th minute Amador Karmel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Diego Mendez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Eulalio Tomi came up free with the goalie in the 28th minute, the Las Brujitas de Verón fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eulalio Tomi couldn't finish the play. If Amador Karmel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Cayetano Bermudo during the 38th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Luisito Christobal made a kick off. Amador Karmel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Diego Mendez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 57 minutes of play, Las Brujitas de Verón's Amador Karmel made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Diego Mendez was left in no man's land by his defense there! A collision led to Las Brujitas de Verón getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Bernardo Calvet hit a great ball. Laureano Vimaro kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. 99 minutes into the match, Las Brujitas de Verón's goal looked a bit too open when Luisito Christobal came free, but Simon Blasco reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. For all the effort they put into the match, the Hospital Italiano FC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Las Brujitas de Verón.
