Simon Blasco made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luisito Christobal in the 3rd minute of play. In the 4th minute, Bernardo Calvet hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Inocencio Tauro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 6th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Inocencio Tauro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 8th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Diego Mendez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eulalio Tomi in the 11th minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ambrosio Luix during the 12th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 15 minutes Hospital Italiano FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Aurelio Cambranes who took care of the corner kick. A collision led to Hospital Italiano FC getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Laureano Vimaro hit a great ball. In the 21st minute, Aurelio Cambranes sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Hospital Italiano FC's Diego Mendez didn't even have to move. After 22 played minutes Hospital Italiano FC got a freekick which was hit by Romeo Indalecio. Laureano Vimaro kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. After 27 played minutes Las Brujitas de Verón got a freekick which was hit by Bernardo Calvet. In the 28th minute, Hospital Italiano FC's Luisito Christobal dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. If Amador Karmel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Hospital Italiano FC's Laureano Vimaro got a free kick in the 36th minute. Amador Karmel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Laureano Vimaro's late challenge caught a Las Brujitas de Verón's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Laureano Vimaro helped the player get up and apologised. Laureano Vimaro hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Hospital Italiano FC's zone, Amador Karmel stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Diego Mendez came out of the goal and Amador Karmel tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Luisito Christobal was the one to do the kick off. 60 minutes into the match, Hospital Italiano FC's goal looked a bit too open when Amador Karmel came free, but Diego Mendez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cayetano Bermudo's late challenge caught a Las Brujitas de Verón's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Cayetano Bermudo helped the player get up and apologised. After 61 played minutes Hospital Italiano FC got a freekick which was hit by Cayetano Bermudo. Amador Karmel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Diego Mendez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Hospital Italiano FC's Vinicio Roderigo got a free kick in the 66th minute. After 69 played minutes Hospital Italiano FC got a freekick which was hit by Romeo Indalecio. After recieving a nice pass, Las Brujitas de Verón's Aurelio Cambranes tried to score from far away in the 70th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Amador Karmel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Diego Mendez having to interfere. In the 75th match minute, Hospital Italiano FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Romeo Indalecio to maneuver through the defense. Diego Mendez stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Amador Karmel's shot from short distance in the 76th minute. Las Brujitas de Verón's Eulalio Tomi got a good chance for a goal in the 78th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Diego Mendez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Amador Karmel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Luisito Christobal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Simon Blasco having to interfere. After having played for 96 minutes, Eulalio Tomi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Las Brujitas de Verón's supporters crossed their fingers, but Eulalio Tomi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Las Brujitas de Verón's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because Hospital Italiano FC had won, even though Las Brujitas de Verón had held more of the ball.
