Luganeros AFC's Gabriel Porfiro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Guido Luzaide in the 77th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rey Ronaldo in the 80th minute of play forced Vélez Juniors's goalkeeper Elpidio Vitin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cristian Naike came free with the goalkeeper in the 83rd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Gabriel Porfiro could save by the left post. Elpidio Vitin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rey Ronaldo in the 84th minute of play. Elpidio Vitin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Artemio Argoitz in the 85th minute of the match. Vélez Juniors's Elpidio Vitin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Artemio Argoitz in the 89th minute of play. 90 minutes into the match, Luganeros AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Cristian Naike came free, but Gabriel Porfiro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Luganeros AFC were awarded a corner in the 95th minute after Vélez Juniors's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Jorge Abreu took the corner. The Vélez Juniors players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Luganeros AFC from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
