If Miguel Zuasnabar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sitthachat Jampeehom made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Paddy McNeish in the 20th minute of play. In the 24th match minute, Floodish FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Blair McClure to maneuver through the defense. With a little luck, Floodish FC's Keith Scotland got control of the ball when Miguel Zuasnabar tried to sneak it across the goal line. Miguel Zuasnabars short, quick shot in the 25thth minute got Keith Scotland to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Floodish FC's Keith Scotland proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 28th minute of the match, managed to save Floodish FC from getting a goal against them. Gavião Kyikatejê's Sitthachat Jampeehom played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Johnny Davie in the 32nd minute of play. If Miguel Zuasnabar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Miguel Zuasnabar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 38th minute the ball was on its way in behind Floodish FC's goalkeeper Keith Scotland, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. A collision led to Floodish FC getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Jonathan McDaniell hit a great ball. In the 40th minute Miguel Zuasnabar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Keith Scotland saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 42nd minute of the match, Miguel Zuasnabar got a very nice opportunity to score, but Keith Scotland was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. After having played for 43 minutes, Miguel Zuasnabar managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Gavião Kyikatejê's supporters crossed their fingers, but Miguel Zuasnabar was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Miguel Zuasnabar might have been able to make a better finish in the 47th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Keith Scotland. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Miguel Zuasnabar ran back to his position shaking his head.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Paddy McNeish was the one to do the kick off. In the 51st minute the ball was on its way in behind Gavião Kyikatejê's goalkeeper Sitthachat Jampeehom, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Keith Scotland showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Archie Brodie, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. In the 53rd minute, Jonathan McDaniell hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jonathan McDaniell hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. Jonathan McDaniell charged in rather forcefully in the 57th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jonathan McDaniell the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Floodish FC's Jonathan McDaniell got a free kick in the 57th minute. Keith Scotland made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Miguel Zuasnabar in the 58th minute of play. Jonathan McDaniell made in the 60th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Theo McNeish however managed to control. 61 minutes into the match, Gavião Kyikatejê's goalkeeper Sitthachat Jampeehom had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Johnny Davie. An unexpectedly hard shot by Miguel Zuasnabar in the 63rd minute of play forced Floodish FC's goalkeeper Keith Scotland to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Gavião Kyikatejê booed when Floodish FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jonathan McDaniell didn't get a good kick on the ball. Sitthachat Jampeehom made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Theo McNeish in the 68th minute of play. In the 74thth minute of the game Miguel Zuasnabar who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Floodish FC's Keith Scotland was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 81 minutes into the match, Miguel Zuasnabar had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Keith Scotland. Floodish FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Miguel Zuasnabar was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Miguel Zuasnabar in the 85th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Keith Scotland saved Floodish FC from getting behind. After 93 played minutes Floodish FC got a freekick which was hit by Jonathan McDaniell. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
