Spectators: 7714 (Terracing: 5787, Seating: 1774, VIP seats: 153) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when João Estrada got the match started through his kick off. The audience thought a goal was coming when Márcio Ferrão got free with Raul Severiano in the 4th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Raul Severiano made an important save on a dangerous shot by Guilherme Lopes in the 6th minute. Reis HSD Paredes's Raul Severiano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Óscar Passos in the 7th minute of play. After some careless play in the Reis HSD Paredes defense, Guilherme Lopes kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Raul Severiano. The Reis HSD Paredes fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Raul Severiano should have stopped the shot. After some fancy dribbling in the 16th minute, Márcio Ferrão managed to get in a good position for a shot. SC Regatos's supporters rose to their feet, but Márcio Ferrão was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Raul Severiano breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Lourenço Cruz stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of João Estrada's shot from short distance in the 17th minute. João Estrada sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 26th minute Óscar Passos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Raul Severiano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Raul Severiano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Patrício Castro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 39 minutes into the match, Reis HSD Paredes's goal looked a bit too open when Patrício Castro came free, but Raul Severiano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 43rd minute, Márcio Ferrão ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Raul Severiano was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. Amável Braga's shot from long distance in the 46th minute was not bad at all, but Reis HSD Paredes's Raul Severiano knew what was happening and pushed the ball into his arms just before it hit the right post. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Márcio Ferrão in the 52nd minute of play forced Reis HSD Paredes's goalkeeper Raul Severiano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 54 minutes into the match, Reis HSD Paredes's goal looked a bit too open when Óscar Passos came free, but Raul Severiano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 78th minute of the match Domingos Arruda sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Lourenço Cruz skillfully saved the ball. In the 85th minute, Márcio Ferrão left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The SC Regatos fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-1.
