Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. The corner led Memphis Grizzlies's Ronny Theobold to fire away a dangerous shot which Frankie Cardwell despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. 6 minutes into the match, Ballymoney Athletic's goal looked a bit too open when Vinicio Carballeira came free, but Frankie Cardwell reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Vinicio Carballeira in the 8th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Frankie Cardwell prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 9 minutes Ballymoney Athletic's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Ronny Theobold who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Ronny Theobold got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Frankie Cardwell quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. 11 minutes into the game, Vinicio Carballeira cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Frankie Cardwell was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 16 minutes into the game, Maksymilian Trzemzalski cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Frankie Cardwell showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vinicio Carballeira, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. Sly MacDonnell kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. After some careless play in the Ballymoney Athletic defense, Vinicio Carballeira kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Frankie Cardwell. The Ballymoney Athletic fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Frankie Cardwell should have stopped the shot. In the 36th minute, Vinicio Carballeira left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Connor Ashton made a kick off. Vinicio Carballeira scored 0-8 in the 52nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Frankie Cardwell, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vinicio Carballeira in the 58th minute of play forced Ballymoney Athletic's goalkeeper Frankie Cardwell to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 61st minute the ball was on its way in behind Ballymoney Athletic's goalkeeper Frankie Cardwell, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Ty Hislop fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Frankie Cardwell having to interfere. Stuart Banks who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 82ndth minute tested the skills of Frankie Cardwell when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Stuart Bankss short, quick shot in the 84thth minute got Frankie Cardwell to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 87 minutes into the match, Ballymoney Athletic's goal looked a bit too open when Stuart Banks came free, but Frankie Cardwell reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 88 minutes, Ronny Theobold managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal.
