White. Brimhaven FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Hans Smefeldt was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. Brimhaven FC's Kenneth E. White played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hans Smefeldt in the 27th minute of play. Marlon Mumford was extremely unlucky when he, in the 28th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Kenneth E. White made an important save on a dangerous shot by Rory Trimble in the 30th minute. Rory Trimble struck a weak shot in the 38th minute. Kenneth E. White didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Flamengo. 40 minutes into the match, Brimhaven FC's goalkeeper Kenneth E. White had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Rory Trimble. If Andrew Gillespie had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. White was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Flamengo's Andrew Gillespie got a good chance for a goal in the 60th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Marlon Mumford might have been able to make a better finish in the 63rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Kenneth E. White. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. White showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Andrew Gillespie in the 67th minute of the match. Kenneth E. A collision led to Flamengo getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Forrest Frizzell hit a great ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Hans Smefeldt in the 81st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Kenneth E. White prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Marlon Mumford received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Kenneth E. White tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Rain Kuusk had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. A beautiful save bye Brimhaven FC's goalie prevented a goal. After having played for 94 minutes, Hans Smefeldt managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Flamengo's supporters crossed their fingers, but Hans Smefeldt was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. There was no doubt that Flamengo were the better team. Flamengo's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
