Henry Roos took the ball and in the 7 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Folke Bure. Folke Bure dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Henry Roos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Folke Bure having to interfere. In the 12th minute, Henry Roos made a precise shot to the right of Folke Bure. North Pole Kickers's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. 15 minutes into the game, Henry Roos cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-4. Folke Bure was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Folke Bure showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Henry Roos in the 21st minute of the match. 28 minutes had been played when some careless play by North Pole Kickers's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Roger Lund was slow to take the kick. During this time Honung's players had a chance to rest. After taking down the ball on Honung's corner Rune Fredriksson fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Folke Bure quite easily take care of the ball. In the 28thth minute of the game Juan Manuel Vargas who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but North Pole Kickers's Folke Bure was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 29 minutes into the match, North Pole Kickers's goal looked a bit too open when Henry Roos came free, but Folke Bure reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 32 minutes into the game, Henry Roos cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-5. Henry Roos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Folke Bure tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Henry Roos took the ball and in the 45 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Folke Bure. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-7.

The Honung fans' excitement grew in the 84th match minute when Honung's Simon Lertora looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-13 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. An unexpectedly hard shot by Simon Lertora in the 87th minute of play forced North Pole Kickers's goalkeeper Folke Bure to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 88 minutes North Pole Kickers's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. Honung played a much better game than North Pole Kickers and deserved their victory. The North Pole Kickers players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
