In the 18th minute Angel Lehoi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mikael Sjögren saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 20 minutes, Angel Lehoi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Honung's supporters crossed their fingers, but Angel Lehoi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Arman Högström received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Benne M'ghirbi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jörn Hellsing charged in rather forcefully in the 27th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The supporters of Honung booed when Boomerang Bombers was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jörn Hellsing didn't get a good kick on the ball. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 31 minutes into the match, Boomerang Bombers's goal looked a bit too open when Angel Lehoi came free, but Mikael Sjögren reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Angel Lehoi in the 33rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Mikael Sjögren saved Boomerang Bombers from getting behind. Mikael Sjögren made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Angel Lehoi in the 47th minute of play. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When Jörn Hellsing was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 52 minutes had been played. Honung's Angel Lehoi got a good chance for a goal in the 59th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Boomerang Bombers's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Christoffer Axelsson ran over to the corner to take the kick. Henry Roos received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Honung's Henry Roos slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Mikael Sjögren. That made the score 0-4 after 73 minutes of play. 79 minutes into the game, Arman Högström cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-4. Benne M'ghirbi was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 82nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Boomerang Bombers's goalkeeper Mikael Sjögren, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 83 minutes into the match, Henry Roos dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Mikael Sjögren, 1-5. Mikael Sjögren was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Henry Roos showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-6 in the 89 minute of play.
