An unexpectedly hard shot by Otto Scherbaum in the 12th minute of play forced Gunnarskog IFK's goalkeeper Valeriu Antohi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Tuve fc fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. In the 29th match minute, Tuve fc was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Otto Scherbaum to maneuver through the defense. Oskar Godholm hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. In the 40th minute, Per-Oskar Asklund hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 41 minutes into the game, Dick Holmberg cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-3. Valeriu Antohi was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 45 played minutes Gunnarskog IFK got a freekick which was hit by Simon Pååk. 47 minutes into the match, Gunnarskog IFK's goal looked a bit too open when Orvar Alfors came free, but Valeriu Antohi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Torsten Rosendahl made a kick off. The audience thought a goal was coming when Otto Scherbaum got free with Valeriu Antohi in the 51st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Olle Biörkquist took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Robert Boström, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 54th minute Jan-Olof Albom shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Olle Biörkquist saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
