In the 7th match minute, Mariannelund was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alfons Ahlerot to maneuver through the defense. Alfons Ahlerot received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Jâninho Potiguar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Alfons Ahlerot blasted a shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jâninho Potiguar having to make a save. 11 minutes into the match, Outback Fc's goalkeeper Jâninho Potiguar had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Alfons Ahlerot. 14 minutes in the game Troels Gutgesel did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Edwin Albäck. A collision led to Mariannelund getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Emil Hedbom hit a great ball. In the 21st minute Gică Popescu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Elliott Berggren saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 23rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Outback Fc's goalkeeper Jâninho Potiguar, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Mariannelund's zone, Gică Popescu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Elliott Berggren came out of the goal and Gică Popescu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The supporters of Outback Fc booed when Mariannelund was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. György Földvári didn't get a good kick on the ball. 28 minutes into the match, Gică Popescu notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Mariannelund's Elliott Berggren. Elliott Berggren was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 32 minutes had been played when some careless play by Mariannelund's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Edwin Albäck was slow to take the kick. During this time Outback Fc's players had a chance to rest. Ingemar Fristedt kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. In the 35th minute, Gică Popescu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a rather tough play, Mariannelund's Emil Hedbom got a free kick in the 36th minute. Outback Fc's Herman Stålberg got a good chance for a goal in the 42nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 45 minutes into the match, Mariannelund's goal looked a bit too open when Ingemar Fristedt came free, but Elliott Berggren reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Troels Gutgesel fell near the penalty area in the 47th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Outback Fc's protests and gave Troels Gutgesel a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Outback Fc's Troels Gutgesel got a free kick in the 47th minute. Mariannelund made a substitution. Joar Uggstedt replaced György Földvári. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Alfons Ahlerot in the 50th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jâninho Potiguar prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Herman Stålberg to make the kick off. Alfons Ahlerot scored 1-1 in the 57th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jâninho Potiguar, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 62 minutes of play, Mariannelund's Alfons Ahlerot made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jâninho Potiguar was left in no man's land by his defense there! Mariannelund made a substitution. Olof Sundberg replaced Börje Hellström. In the 69th minute Herman Stålberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Elliott Berggren saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Outback Fc's Gică Popescu got a free kick in the 70th minute. Mariannelund's Elliott Berggren proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 77th minute of the match, managed to save Mariannelund from getting a goal against them. After 78 minutes Mariannelund's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Edwin Albäck who took care of the corner kick. The corner ended in Edwin Albäck almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Mariannelund's Elliott Berggren did a great save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alfons Ahlerot in the 81st minute of play forced Outback Fc's goalkeeper Jâninho Potiguar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 84th play minutes Alfons Ahlerot shot 3-1, a short shot which went by Jâninho Potiguar and just under the crossbar into goal. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 97th minute of the game. One of Outback Fc:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Mariannelund:s goal. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Mariannelund had won after a very even match.
