Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Nico Smibum made the kick off which started today's match. After a rather tough play, AC Sorriso's Ferry de Cler got a free kick in the 5th minute. In the 7th match minute, Soerendonk HC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fred Aerssen to maneuver through the defense. 11 minutes into the match, Soerendonk HC's goal looked a bit too open when Alexander Bleiswijk came free, but Ulf Uter reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Iwan Zorge made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hub Boeringe in the 12th minute of play. 15 minutes into the game, Alexander Bleiswijk cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Ulf Uter was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 19 minutes, Nico Smibum mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the AC Sorriso and the Soerendonk HC players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to AC Sorriso getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Nico Smibum hit a great ball. In the 24th minute, Alexander Bleiswijk got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ulf Uter took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nico Smibum, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Alexander Bleiswijk could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 29th minute of the match, but Ulf Uter made a huge save. Ulf Uter was out of position in the 31 minute of play, and Tom Trenning capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Tom Trenning really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. Gilbert Rensenbrink lost his temper 38 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. After 37 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Soerendonk HC! Ferry Velez scored 4-0 in the 43rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ulf Uter, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Nico Smibum sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Fred Aerssen stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, Soerendonk HC's goal looked a bit too open when Mathieu Ottenhof came free, but Ulf Uter reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of AC Sorriso booed when Soerendonk HC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ludomil Barys didn't get a good kick on the ball. Soerendonk HC's Ulf Uter played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tom Trenning in the 59th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Ferry de Cler's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ulf Uter was relentless in the 60th minute of the game. In the 62nd minute, Nico Smibum made a precise shot to the right of Ulf Uter. Soerendonk HC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-0. Soerendonk HC's Ulf Uter played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ferry Velez in the 64th minute of play. 68 minutes into the match, Soerendonk HC's goal looked a bit too open when Mathieu Ottenhof came free, but Ulf Uter reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 69 played minutes Soerendonk HC got a freekick which was hit by Fred Aerssen. Ulf Uter came out of the goal in the 71st minute to try and stop a shot by AC Sorriso's Tom Trenning. But to his dismay, Tom Trenning quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-0. After 75 played minutes Soerendonk HC got a freekick which was hit by Johannes Nibbelke. After 76 played minutes, AC Sorriso's Jonathan Reiling shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Ulf Uter came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in AC Sorriso reached it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nico Smibum in the 77th minute of play forced Soerendonk HC's goalkeeper Ulf Uter to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 81 minutes, Bram Meulman mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the AC Sorriso and the Soerendonk HC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Bram Meulman hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. In the 82nd minute, Thijs Heida got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ferry Velez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ulf Uter having to interfere. In the 89th minute, Nico Smibum ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ulf Uter was frozen by the shot and now it was 7-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nico Smibum in the 94th minute of play forced Soerendonk HC's goalkeeper Ulf Uter to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Soerendonk HC's Thijs Heida got a free kick in the 94th minute. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The AC Sorriso fans cheered their team off the field, for while Soerendonk HC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
